Shad McOmber is an attorney at Harlowe & Falk LLP in Tacoma, Washington. He began private legal practice in 2011, focused primarily on real estate and business transactions and trust and estate administration, as well as litigation involving these matters. He has represented numerous local small businesses in the greater Seattle and Tacoma areas, and has assisted many individuals and groups involved in start-up business ventures and managing existing businesses.
Shad has also contributed to several legal publications, including authoring Chapter 10: Foreclosure of the LexisNexis Practice Guide: Washington Real Estate Litigation (2014-2016), and contributions to Chapter 23: Land Use and Environmental Law, Part 2: Zoning in the Washington Lawyers Practice Manual (2014 Revisions).
A native of Orem, Utah, Shad is a 2008 graduate of Brigham Young University with degrees in history and political science. He subsequently graduated cum laude from Gonzaga Law School in 2011, where he also served as Business Editor on the Gonzaga Law Review Editorial Board.
